Osteopathy is for everyone but works especially for returning and chronic issues. Some conditions that may benefit are back injuries, chronic pain, nerve issues and muscle or joint problems. This is a gentle treatment that involves client participation.

Manual Osteopath Treatment

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back) and spinal column. It is thought that through gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized.
